How Your Wedding Topper Comes Together
Most couples order six to eight weeks before the wedding. Here is what happens in between.

You send photos and details
A few clear photos of each of you, plus anything that matters: the dress silhouette, the suit colour, hairstyles on the day, a pet, a bouquet, a piece of jewellery you always wear. You do not need professional photos — phone pictures in good light work well.

A digital mockup comes back for approval
Within roughly one to two weeks you receive a digital preview of the sculpt. This is the point to change things, and your order includes up to two minor revisions. Nothing is printed until you say yes.

Printing and hand-painting
After approval, production runs about three to four weeks. The topper is 3D printed, hand-painted in layered acrylics, and sealed with a protective finish.

Materials, Size and Care
Toppers are professionally 3D printed in high-quality PLA, hand-painted in durable acrylics, and finished with a protective sealant. Standard pieces stand roughly three to six inches tall depending on the pose and the number of figures; custom sizing is available if your cake tier calls for it. If you know your top tier dimensions, include them with your inquiry and the proportions can be matched to the cake.
Every topper includes a clear plastic barrier between the base and the cake, so it sits safely on frosting. The topper itself is decorative and is not edible. Afterwards, keep it out of direct heat and prolonged sunlight, store it somewhere cool and dry, and dust it gently with a soft brush. Cared for that way, it will outlast the photographs from the day.

What do you need from us to get started?
A few clear, well-lit photos of each of you — phone photos are fine — plus your wedding date and a short description of what you would like included. Photos of the dress and suit help, and so does anything showing the hairstyle you plan to wear on the day. If you do not have everything ready, send what you have and the rest can follow.
Can you match our outfits and specific details?
Yes. Dress silhouettes, necklines, suit colours, cultural attire, military uniforms, hairstyles, glasses, jewellery and bouquets can all be sculpted and painted to match. The more specific you are in your inquiry, the closer the mockup will be on the first pass.
Can our pets be part of the topper?
Yes, and they are a popular addition. Each additional pet or character is $50. Send a couple of photos of them alongside yours.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Toppers are packed carefully, but if damage happens in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the piece and we will work with you to put it right. Because each topper is made to order, returns are not accepted once design work has begun — which is why you approve a digital preview first.
